Cooker Cake (Eggless Chocolate Cake)
Ingredients for Eggless Chocolate cake
Method:
Now pre-heat the Cooker on high flame for 2 minutes after spreading the salt.
Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and place it inside the pre-heated Cooker.
- 2 cups of Maida/all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Ghee or Butter
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar Powder
- Half tin Condensed Milk
- 50gms Chocolate powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1teaspoon of Baking powder
- 1/4 tea spoon Salt
Method:
- Put down all the ingredients on the table to prepare the Cake batter.
- Grease the baking dish with ghee or butter to be used to bake the Cake.
- Now spread 1 tea spoon all purpose flour (Maida) into the baking dish evenly.
- Take a bowl and seive all purpose flour (Maida) in it.
- Now add Salt, Baking powder to it.
- Take a separate bowl and make a mixture of Ghee/butter and Sugar.
- Once the sugar gets dissolved into the Ghee/butter, add condensed milk and chocolate.
- Now pour the flour (maida) mixture into the batter and whisk it for 2-3 mins to avoid lumps formation.
- Add Cashews, Almonds, or any dry fruit in the batter and mix it well.
- In order to bake the Cake in the Cooker, firstly spread 1 cup Salt at the base of the Cooker so that the baking dish does not come in contact.
- Now take out the whistle of the cooker & close the lid. Bake the batter for atleast 40 minutes.
- Open the lid and test the Cake with a knife. If the knife comes out clean, then the Cake is completely baked.
- Now let the cake cool down and then take it out from the baking dish by separating it from the corners with the help of a knife.
