Palak Paneer Recipe
Palak is hindi name for spinach and Paneer is fresh Indian cheese which is rich in protein.
Spinach are very good for skin and hair, bone health, and are rich in protein, vitamins, iron and minerals.

Paalak Paneer is ready to eat..!!
Spinach are very good for skin and hair, bone health, and are rich in protein, vitamins, iron and minerals.
Ingredients:
- 10 cups of chopped palak (spinach)
- 2 cups paneer, cut in cubes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3/4 cup of onion chopped finely
- 4 garlic, grated
- Small amount of ginger (adrak)
- 2 finely chopped green chillies
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 2 fresh tomato
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
Method:
- Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 3 to 4 mins.
- Drain, wash with cold water and keep aside.
- Blend the Palak (Spinach) in a mixer and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, garlic, green chillies & turmeric powder.
- Sauté onion on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato pulp and keep on stirring continuously.
- Add the spinach and 2 tbsp of water, mix it well and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add garam masala & salt .
- Now add fresh cream, paneer and mix well.
- Cook on a medium flame for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Paalak Paneer is ready to eat..!!
