Tandoori Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken (cut into small pieces)
  • 1-1/2 cups curd or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon of garam masala (mixture of all spices)
  • 1 tablespoon chicken masaala or spices
  • Salt to taste 



Method:

  • Take pieces of chicken but remove as much of the fat as possible because the fat catches fire while cooking and causes the chicken to burn.
  • Start with marinating the chicken pieces with the ingredients.

  • Mix it well over the chicken pieces, cover the bowl with aluminium foil and leave it whole night in the refrigerator.
  • Now barbecue the chicken, either on a wood or a charcoal fire.
  • Keep turning the chicken after few mins for proper cooking of chicken.

Serve hot & delicious Chicken Tikka with green chutney & onions..
