Cooker Cake (Eggless Chocolate Cake)

Ingredients for Eggless Chocolate cake 2 cups of Maida/all purpose flour 1/4 cup Ghee or Butter 1 1/2 cup Sugar Powder Half tin Condensed Milk 50gms Chocolate powder 1 cup Milk 1teaspoon of Baking powder 1/4 tea spoon Salt Method : Put down all the ingredients on the table to prepare the Cake batter. Grease the baking dish with ghee or butter to be used to bake the Cake.  Now spread 1 tea spoon all purpose flour (Maida) into the baking dish evenly. Take a bowl and seive all purpose flour (Maida) in it. Now add Salt, Baking powder to it.  Take a separate bowl and make a mixture of Ghee/butter and Sugar.  Once the sugar gets dissolved into the Ghee/butter, add condensed milk and chocolate. Now pour the flour (maida) mixture into the batter and whisk it for 2-3 mins to avoid lumps formation. Add Cashews, Almonds, or any dry fruit in the batter and mix it well. Microwave Eggless Cookies INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour  1/4 cup milk  1 cup butter 1 tablespoon vinegar  1/2 cup powdered sugar  1 tablespoon vanilla essence METHOD : Take a bowl and mix flour, milk, butter, vinegar, sugar and vanilla.  Mix all the ingredients to make a smooth dough.  Make small balls of the dough and flatten it.  Now grease the baking tray and place atleast six pieces at a time and cook at 100% for 1 1/2 - 2 1/4 mins.  Allow to cool for a while and repeat with the remaining pieces.

Fruit Custard is a very delicious and nutritious dessert. Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Custard Grapes - 200g 1 Pomegranate 1 cup apple chunks Cream - 1 cup (200 grams) Sugar - 3/4 cup (150 grams) Vanilla custard - slightly more than 1/4 1 cup milk & 1 liter Milk (full cream) Instructions In a vessel, add the milk and place it on low medium flame. Take some Milk and add ¾ cup custard powder in a bowl. Stir it until dissolve custard lumps. Make a smooth batter of milk & custard powder. When the milk in the pan gentle boil, add the custard & milk batter in small portions constantly. Keep Stirring the milk in the pan while pouring the mixture. Add sugar and stir continuously to get thick dense consistency.  Now add whipped cream and fruits chunk in it. Keep it in refrigerator for atleast an hour.        Super Delicious fruit custard is ready to it.

Palak Paneer Recipe

Palak is hindi name for spinach and Paneer is fresh Indian cheese which is rich in protein. Spinach are very good for skin and hair, bone health, and are rich in protein, vitamins, iron and minerals. Ingredients : 10 cups of chopped palak (spinach) 2 cups paneer, cut in cubes 2 tbsp oil 3/4 cup of onion chopped finely 4 garlic, grated Small amount of ginger (adrak) 2 finely chopped green chillies 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 2 fresh tomato Salt to taste 1 tsp  garam masala 2 tbsp fresh cream Method: Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 3 to 4 mins. Drain, wash with cold water and keep aside. Blend the Palak (Spinach) in a mixer and keep aside. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, garlic, green chillies & turmeric powder. Pav Bhaji  – Pav is an Indian bread and Bhaji is cooked mashed spicy vegetables. Ingredients : • Fresh bread or bun • Butter • Cauliflower, Capsicum, Beans, carrots -500 grams (a whole cup of vegetables) • Potatoes 200 gms (2-3 medium size) • 4 finely chopped tomatoes • 3-4 green chillies, chopped • Small amount of grated ginger • 1 Teaspoon cumin • Half tsp turmeric powder • Coriander powder -1 1/2 small • ½ tsp red chilli powder • Pav Bhaji Masala -2 tsp • A tsp of Garam Masala • Dhaniya(Coriander), finely chopped • Salt to taste Method to make Pav Bhaji: Use cooker to boil the vegetables, the potatoes and green vegetables at the same time. Momos / Veg Dumpling Recipe: Ingredients - Ingredients for Momo's filling: • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage • 1 cup finely chopped carrots • 2 onion chopped finely • Small amount of grated ginger • 2 tbsp of oil • Salt to taste Ingredients for the Dumpling Covering: • 4 cups of all-purpose flour (maida) • water for making the dough Method to make momo: • Take the all purpose flour into a large mixing bowl, add water to make a smooth dough. Once the dough is prepared, keep it aside for about 5 minutes to make it soft. • To make the filling for the momo, mix all the chopped vegetables in a bowl. Kaju katli is royal Indian sweet, vegan cashew fudge, rich melt in mouth with just few ingredients. Ingredients 1 cup Kaju/cashews 1 cup powdered sugar ½ tsp cardamom powder ⅛ tsp saffron(optional)                         Instructions Start with soaking the cashews in water for 30 minutes.  Now grind the soaked cashews to a very fine paste. Take a non-stick pan add cashew paste and powdered sugar, mix well. Now heat the mixture over medium flame and stir. Add saffron and mix well. Keep stirring for 7-10 mins till the mixture thickens. When the mixture start to form lumps, gather in the center. Take a very small amount of mixture and make a ball with your fingers. A Classic Indian Semolina Pudding / Sooji Halwa made with ghee and dry fruits.     Ingredients:         1 Cup Sooji/Rava/Semolina         ½ or ¾ cup Sugar         ⅓ to ½ cup ghee         ½ tsp cardamom powder         2 tbsp Raisins/Kishmish halved or whole         1 tsp Chironji (Optional)         2 cups water         a pinch of edible camphor (Optional)              Method:   Take a pan add ghee on low flame.  Once the ghee becomes hot, add the Sooji (Semolina) & Cashews and stir.   Keep on stirring the Sooji (Semolina) so that it does not stick to the pan and is roasted evenly.  Keep on sautéing & stirring the semolina for 7-8 mins till the grains change their color and when the cashews also change into light golden.   Now take another pan of sugar and water, keep it on a medium to high flame and let the sugar solution come to a boil.   When the mixture starts to boil, lower the flame and let it simmer, then add

Moong Dal Halwa is a delicious dessert of Rajasthan. It is a rich, velvety and pudding-like pastry. It is made with split yellow moong dal, this is a famous and delectable treat for the winter months.
