Serve Sabudana Aloo Tikki hot..!!!
Ingredients:
- Aloo (potato) -- 1 kilogram
- Finally chopped green chillies --1-2 as per your taste
- Soak 250 grams Sabudana overnight
- Chilli powder -- 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil for frying
Method:
- Wash all the potatoes & keep it to boil in a pressure cooker.
- Now peel off potato & mash them in the bowl.
- Add chopped chillies, soaked sabudana, chilli powder & salt in the mashed potatoes.
- Mix well all the ingredients with potato.
- Start making balls of the mixture & keep aside for few mins to dry.
- Now hear the oil in a pan to fry the sabudana potato balls.
- Fry all balls & keep them on a tissue paper to extract extra oil.
Serve Sabudana Aloo Tikki hot..!!!
