Sabudana Aloo Tikki Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Aloo (potato) -- 1 kilogram
  • Finally chopped green chillies --1-2 as per your taste
  • Soak 250 grams Sabudana overnight
  • Chilli powder -- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil for frying



Method:

  • Wash all the potatoes & keep it to boil in a pressure cooker.
  • Now peel off potato & mash them in the bowl.
  • Add chopped chillies, soaked sabudana, chilli powder & salt in the mashed potatoes.
  • Mix well all the ingredients with potato.
  • Start making balls of the mixture & keep aside for few mins to dry.


  • Now hear the oil in a pan to fry the sabudana potato balls.

  • Fry all balls & keep them on a tissue paper to extract extra oil.

Serve Sabudana Aloo Tikki hot..!!!
