Sabudana Aloo Tikki Recipe Ingredients : Aloo (potato) -- 1 kilogram Finally chopped green chillies --1-2 as per your taste Soak 250 grams Sabudana overnight Chilli powder -- 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste Vegetable Oil for frying Method : Wash all the potatoes & keep it to boil in a pressure cooker. Now peel off potato & mash them in the bowl. Add chopped chillies, soaked sabudana, chilli powder & salt in the mashed potatoes. Mix well all the ingredients with potato. Start making balls of the mixture & keep aside for few mins to dry. Now hear the oil in a pan to fry the sabudana potato balls. Fry all balls & keep them on a tissue paper to extract extra oil. Serve Sabudana Aloo Tikki hot..!!!

Tandoori Chicken Tikka Recipe

Tandoori Chicken Tikka Ingredients : 1 kg chicken (cut into small pieces) 1-1/2 cups curd or yogurt 1 tablespoon chilli powder 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tablespoon of garam masala (mixture of all spices) 1 tablespoon chicken masaala or spices Salt to taste  Method : Take pieces of chicken but remove as much of the fat as possible because the fat catches fire while cooking and causes the chicken to burn. Start with marinating the chicken pieces with the ingredients. Mix it well over the chicken pieces, cover the bowl with aluminium foil and leave it whole night in the refrigerator. Now barbecue the chicken, either on a wood or a charcoal fire. Keep turning the chicken after few mins for proper cooking of chicken. Don't forget to squeeze lemon on the ready hot chicken tikka 🤤 Serve hot & delicious Chicken Tikka with green chutney & onions.. Enjoy..!!
