Sabudana Aloo Tikki Recipe
Sabudana Aloo Tikki Recipe Ingredients : Aloo (potato) -- 1 kilogram Finally chopped green chillies --1-2 as per your taste Soak 250 grams Sabudana overnight Chilli powder -- 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste Vegetable Oil for frying Method : Wash all the potatoes & keep it to boil in a pressure cooker. Now peel off potato & mash them in the bowl. Add chopped chillies, soaked sabudana, chilli powder & salt in the mashed potatoes. Mix well all the ingredients with potato. Start making balls of the mixture & keep aside for few mins to dry. Now hear the oil in a pan to fry the sabudana potato balls. Fry all balls & keep them on a tissue paper to extract extra oil. Serve Sabudana Aloo Tikki hot..!!!
